Three.js/WebGL voxel arena with P2P multiplayer, evolved through structured audits, backlog work, and model-tiered review.
Impact
Demonstrates how an agent-generated game can be maintained through feature-gap analysis, automated tests, and disciplined review policies.
Outcomes
- Character and mob animation upgrades, per-spell audio, onboarding, HUD, and lobby polish.
- Feature-gap analysis converted into structured issues and backlog.

Initiated with Sakana Fugu Ultra, then maintained with Opus, Sonnet, and Haiku agent orchestration.
